Paul Huynh

Paul provides strategic planning for real estate and business matters, as well as managing civil disputes for his clients. Additionally, Paul implements and advises on contracts and leases for a variety of business issues, including landlord/tenant concerns. He understands that strong relationships drive positive results and works closely with all clients to give them the confidence to proceed. Prior to joining the Firm, Paul has worked in the Twin Cities real estate industry for the past nine years. During this time, he has worked on a wide range of real estate projects and has originated various business entities acting as owner and principal. In his spare time, Paul enjoys watching and participating in just about every sporting and outdoor activity. He actively participates in softball, volleyball and could golf every day if possible.

Steve Oommen

Steve has worked within the Twin Cities medical device industry for the past fifteen years. During this time he has gained extensive experience within the manufacturing and regulated industry. Steve has also started multiple small businesses in real estate investment, consulting, retail, and website development. Steve has sat (and currently does) on your side of the table. He understands the struggles of both small businesses and larger corporations as each look to implement business plans. He is excited to work with clients to align their legal strategy with their business vision and strategy. Steve’s “real-world” experience and network allow him to provide began tangible and relevant advice to small business owners as they navigate through the complex legal world.

John Messerly

John’s high-level training and years of experience have given him the tools to be a strong, effective litigator, but his common sense and practicality also allow him to propose useful, outside-the-box alternatives that have made him very popular with his clients time and time again. John enjoys the opportunity to help his clients understand and navigate the complicated legal concepts they face to obtain the best results possible. John practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, probate and trust litigation, and small business law. Prior to joining the firm, John worked as an attorney at Vest & Messerly, P.A. and as an associate in the Tax, Trusts, and Estate Planning Department of Dorsey & Whitney LLP.
